We believe in an inclusive work culture, bested only by our commitment to being an empathetic workplace. This is an opportunity, for you, to be on the front lines of a zero-to-one start-up where curiosity is key, and growth is inevitable.
So, let’s do good work. Together. ✨
Here are a few things you can expect:
Resume Screening
We are currently receving applications for a variety of roles across functions. You can find up-to-date details about the open positions here. If you are interested, just drop an email to the recruiter (contact details under the corresponding postions) with your resume and a cover letter. Sit back after that, we’ll shortlist candidates from this list and reach out accordingly. If we don’t find fit with a particular application, we’ll inform that too, at the earliest.
Ring Ring
Shortlisted candidates from ‘resume screening’ will be reached out for a 10-15 minutes phone interview. We’d like to hear your story of how you got to where you are.
Show and Tell
Based on the team you are interviewing with, you will be given a technical assignment, for which the duration needed to solve the assignment can be negotiated. You will be evaluated on how well you absorb the problem statement and your approach more than the solution itself. We are also interested in seeing how well you can ask for feedback on your work as much as the reception of it.
Grab a coffee
This will be a video-brainstorming session on how we can structure your 30-60-90 day plan to help you onboard at ease, along with a discussion on how you want your typical work day at Trainn to look like. You will also get a chance to meet the co-founders, the team, and possibly a few of our fur friends too. We call for a video interview (40 - 60 minutes) only if the candidate passes the phone screening and the skill assessment rounds.
Alrighty then, see if any of the open roles fit you. If so, write to us.
